About me

My IKIGAI

Part of my therapy is based on helping each person find their life purpose, in other words, their IKIGAI.

Integrity as the root

Integrity

That upholds every decision. Being true to yourself, even when the world speeds up.

Presence as an art

Presence

Of inhabiting the moment. Being here, with an attentive body, a clear mind and an open soul.

Awareness as a way of seeing

Awareness

Broad and deep. Seeing beyond the surface, understanding what moves us, what hurts and what transforms.

My purpose

Body, mind and soul

I support each person to understand what they feel, put their thoughts in order and recover presence in their own body, creating an inner space of clarity, calm and authenticity.

I believe in a way of accompanying people in which the inner and the outer are deeply connected: as within, so without. When a person transforms their inner world —their emotions, their beliefs, the way they inhabit their body— the way they relate, communicate and live their daily life also changes. That is why I integrate nervous system regulation tools, deep emotional work and inner connection practices such as meditation, mindful breathing and sound therapy.

My mission is for teenagers to discover who they are, for parents to find the clarity to guide them with love and healthy boundaries, and for families to rebuild bonds that are more present, more genuine and more conscious.

I accompany people with emotional maturity, deep listening and presence, so that each person can feel at home within themselves again and reflect that inner order in their everyday life.

“As within, so without… when you put your inner world in order, your outer life falls into line; when you heal within, your relationships are transformed; when you find your centre, everything around you finds its place.”
My story

This is my story

My childhood left marks that I now recognise as the map of my inner world. I have learned to face my wounds, to name them and to transform them into light. That path of personal healing is the root of everything I accompany today.

From a very young age my curiosity led me to live in several countries, and I speak several languages that have broadened the way I see life and helped me break many patterns. Understanding different cultures has shown me that all of us women carry deep stories, even if we sometimes carry them in silence.

Maribel Elía by the river

For 28 years I worked in the private sector in Germany, England and Spain, and I know very well the demanding pace that so many of us keep up. I have also been a mother while trying to do it all, like so many women who love, work and forget about themselves. I have come to understand that calm is not found outside, but within.

Returning to my centre led me to make difficult decisions, such as getting divorced: it was undoubtedly an act of courage, honesty and self-love, as well as one of the hardest decisions of my life, the result of a personal awakening.

That awakening led me to study Psychology, Emotional Intelligence and tools to calm the nervous system such as meditation, breathwork and sound therapy. I have learned to listen to the body, to order the mind and to honour the soul, and I have also understood that "as within, so without", and that what we heal within transforms our lives.

Drawing on my experience, my journey and the tools I have integrated and that have helped me heal, today I accompany real and profound processes. I support teenagers, families, men and women who want to live with calm, and I write to inspire, to remind us all that we can come home to ourselves.

My three pillars

What underpins the way I accompany people

Integrity

Being consistent with who I am, not only in what I think or say, but also in what I do when no one is watching. Holding on to that truth, even when it is uncomfortable. Without pretending, without forcing. And with the honesty of someone who chooses to show themselves as they are.

Love

Sole, my mother, teaches me to live with a sensitivity that embraces and holds. From her I learn to look at others with respect, from love, to listen without hurry and to offer presence even when words fall short. Her way of loving shows me that true wellbeing is born when we know how to care for ourselves with the same gentleness with which we always care for others.

Consciousness

Healing requires courage and consciousness. The courage to look within with humility, and the consciousness to stand barefoot before life, let go of your defences and take the place of a learner. That is where true transformation begins.
